THE  CONCEPT

THE  CONCEPT

The innovative concept of FESH gives you an in-depth understanding of the immediate urban environment, as well as providing other benefits. By intensifying the use of the local infrastructure, both inner-city densification and revitalization of the abandoned “Grätzl” are achieved.

Creating resource-saving technologies and implementing further developing digitally optimized processes are also innovative aspects of the concept.

FESH Lofts serve as meeting points for travelers temporarily based in the city and experiencing a new type of living or working. Tourists from outside the city get to know an authentic Viennese atmosphere in this unique part of the city.

Each of the Lofts are thoughtfully designed and well laid out down to the tiniest detail. Stylishly decorated in the style of Viennese coziness and urban lifestyle of the 21st century, it offers plenty of space to linger.
